Field Arts and Creative Activities
The following arts and creative activities will be available on Bramcote Hills Park from 1pm – 5pm:
- Jubilee Street Theatre Arts performances on the field throughout the event – prepared to be ‘right royally entertained!’
- What a Palaver introducing ‘The Fun and Games, Games’ in celebration of this
- Olympic year.
- Team Falchion Re-enactment Group
- Jubilee Flag making with artist Anna Roebuck using recycled materials
- Royal Crown and jewellery making with artist Julie Bartholomew
- Guides with display and make and take activities
- St. Michael’s Church Bramcote with strawberries and cream and face painting
- Bramcote Women’s Institute with their fantastic cake stall
- Rotary Club of Stapleford and Sandiacre with face painting
- Uk Trini and Friendswith exhibition of carnival photographs and Steel Pan Group
- Manushi Dance Group with Indian savoury snacks and sweets
- Dance Arena with Lindy Hop, Rock n’ Roll, Manushi Dancers, Lion Dance and Hand Jiving
- Broxtowe Play Forum with Jubilee themed make and take activities
- Beeston Players with a fun dressing up area
- Warrior Marshall Arts Team with information and displays
- Nottingham Playhouse Display and make and take activities
- 1st Stapleford Scouts with a display and make and take activities
- Notts County Council Play team with fun kids activities
- Parrot Aid tent with the world famous Gizmo the Parrot who has stared opposite Johney Depp in the Pirates of the Caribbean films
